Definisse Relife Double Needle Threads are a line of synthetic monofilament (L-polylactic acid and caprolactone, p(LA-CL)) notched sutures indicated when tissue support is needed. The notches in Definisse absorbable support threads are designed to provide an immediate lifting effect, as well as a delayed lifting effect through fibrosis along the thread.
Definisse Relife Double Needle Threads:
The Definisse double needle threads are bidirectional and convergent threads.
Indication and Use:
To be used for the face and the neck.
Equipped with barbs in the intermediate section, while the side and the central sections are smooth.
Available with two lengths of barbed sections, 12 and 23cm.
The thread ends with two straight cut edge needles (10cm for the 12cm long thread and 15cm for the 23cm long thread, with a diameter of
0.462-0.488mm).
The thread inserted in the tissue is estimated to last from 12 to 15 months, with a lifting duration estimated to last between 30 and 36 months.
